The answers depends on the strength of the Kaiten, Tsunade would be able to overwhelm a weak Hyuuga's Kaiten however if one of the stronger Hyuuga were the use Kaiten they would likely be fine however Kaiten releases a lot of chakra in all directions while Tsunade's Chakra Enhanced Strength focuses a lot of chakra into one point so a Hyuuga would use a lot more chakra defending from Tsunade's punches than Tsunade would throwing the punches causing the Hyuuga to run out of chakra first.

Tsunade's punch was able to crash Madara's susano which is said to be the ultimate defense in the manga,
so I think breaking kaiten would be a piece of cake for Tsunade

I'd say Tsunade's punch takes this. The fist/leg would simply go trough the chakra given it's sheer power.
Tsunade relies more on physical strength than chakra strength.
