The Hachibi gave a subtle hint that the Third Raikage has tanked a Bijuudama. After all, he was the only known ninja able to fight a Bijuu face-to-face due to his monstrous armour and devastating finger assaults.

Tsunade's punch doesn't pierce people the way raikiri does, it pushes them away.
Her punch will send the 3rd raikage flying, but he'll survive it.

I think Naruto's sage mode punch can do damage though.
cos even when pein evaded the punch, he died.
how much more if the punch landed.

The Raikage has no chance of surviving a clean hit from Tsunade. There are very few humans in NV who are more durable than the V3 Susanoo and the Raikage isn't one of them.
