Before i start, let's just say I am not a Tsunade hater. All characters have things that make them unique. This is not a thread trashing her character, but simply my thoughts on her possible death.
Now time to explain. Remember, as I'm sure we all do, that Naruto's original goal/dream was to become Hokage of the Leaf Village? He fought to become stronger and repeatedly would say something along the lines of 'I refuse to die because I will become Hokage'. After Naruto defeated Pein (or Pain if you prefer) the villiage regarded him as a hero and everyone in the village loved him. Since then he has only become stronger (BM, SM etc...).
This is where Tsunade comes in. In her fight against Madara she got cut in half. I'm not saying that she is for sure going to die, due to the fact she is a super medical ninja, but it's pretty rare to see someone get put back into one piece after being cut in two. But if she were to die, this would leave an opening for Hokage of the Leaf Village after the war. During the war they would probably select a temporary Hokage, but the full position would be dealt with after the war is over.
With the village already in love with Naruto, the fact that he is super strong, and the Hokage position open, he could finally realize his dream of being Hokage. This is assuming that Tsunade dies and the allies win the war. If the allies don't win the war well then most everyone is dead, as happens to the losing side in war, or under Tobi's genjutsu, negating the fact they would need Hokage in the first place.
But just think, it's not a bad idea and it would complete Naruto's greatest dream. Just my opinion.
This is my first real post so I'm not quite sure how to insert manga pages for definite proof. Sorry if that bothers you, I'll figure it out soon enough (or someone could tell me).
