but its not a sealling they cant see anymore simular ti useing the eight gates you push body/eyes too its/their limits if you cant see you cant cast ocular jutsu and sence Orochimaru believed she could restore his arms theres a chance it could restore their sight and power

great question.........um , i bet she could try....although.......she thought Lee would never be a shinobi again after trying to fix him....
