a little to broad lol. Anything could happen honestly ahaha. but i dont think she will sacrifice her self unless it was a last resort meaning all the other kage were dead. Shes the medical ninja they need her. But you never know.
And ofc naruto becomes hokage. Its the whole point of the show. Unless...since there shinobi have all made an alliance when the war is over they might unite, and naruto will become the kage of every one. Kind of how goku became the dragon balls and protector of the universe or whatever lol. he'll be kage but on a much higher level then any other kage ever before.
