Well, if she managed to save Tsunade with her healing, or hell, even all of the Kages, then that would still be doing her job, cept she'd be healing the Kings instead of pawns (Well, cept Sarutobi says the younglings are the King)

But Tobirama can sense her though, the thing is they probably sensed Tsunade already and know that she's fine and will survive or where Madara's previous battlefield was, is a lot of distance from where the hokages are heading now............... So katsuyu will need to lend Tsunade some power to heal the others, otherwise she's doom

That is a dumb reason to want her dead, hokage can pass the torch without dying. It is definitely not going to be naruto he is young and unwise. It was kakashi after the pain arc reguardless of him saving the village so what would be the difference from then to now?
