First, I am not asking whether Tsunade has raiton release, this isn't the point of the thread. What I want to know is whether Tsunade has the ability to supply electricity into another as a possible nature mixture of some kind.
Obviously this discussion stems from this scan
Tsunade said she was able to change her chakra into electricity and send this electric waves into an opponent.
