Honestly..I'm not to pleased about tsunade still being alive.Logically she should have died. Having high levels of vitality and chakra doesn't stop blood and organs from falling out of your midsection... (alas this is a supernatural manga so....i guess its expected) I'm not saying that its bad that she is alive but her death frees up the hokage spot, helps move the story forward(new generation surpassing the old) and gives sakura(regrettably) more screen time.

Kakazu's body isn't made up of ograns like ours. It's more like tendrils.
Sasori probably underwent some type of surgery to do what he did. After all he found a way to turn humans into puppets. He probably did that procedure to himself.
Hidan doesn't cough up blood when cut/beheaded.

Tsundae on the other hand has to worry about her cell division rate. Thus a huge loss of blood should kill her. after all speeding up her aging kills her.... Unlike the rest u mentioned.

YOu're not seeing myMY Point. Tsunade technique is based off cell division rate and the risk( as repeated throughout the mange is aging/death.

Unlike the people u mentioned before she ISN"T immortal and has no way of prolonging her life, in fact she shortens her life span so that was a bad comparison.

What I"M Saying is that her body shouldn't be able to make up for the loss of blood since:
a) she became a old woman
b)her regen tech was off and
c) Her blood was splattered all over Madara's wood(giggity)

As for the whole "supernatural anything can happen"

b ) of course it was off. She wanted to heal the Kages first. The regeneration requires a lot of chakra

This manga on a whole is filled with illogical things, people get pounded into the ground with extreme force and living, being able to jump 2+ stories being hit with extreme jutsu and somehow pulling out alright. get over the one time logic didn't work for you. Mah girl lives!!
