Okay this is my first thread, but I have seen people create worse things than what I am hoping people will want to discuss.

As we all know, Tsunade is a close ranged fighter when it comes to combat and some people are of the opinion she does not know any decent ranged jutsu besides Katsuya summon and spitting acid.

I am of the opinion that she knows poison based ranged jutsu, because she is Shizune's teacher after all. What kinda ranged jutsu do you think Tsunade would have if we ever got to see it. Do you think her having ranged jutsu would make her go up the ladder? Any specifically?

Lastly what type of elemental release do you think she has?

She may have lightning. She said in the fight against Kabuto that she turned her chakra into electric impulses to affect kabuto's nerve system.

kekkei genkai means being born with two elements affiliation

Haku - water and wind
Uchiha - fire and whatever (Sasuke is fire and lightning)
Mei - earth and fire and fire and water(?) - she has two

Well, Tsunade was presumed to possess lightning- oriented techniques. Although, I've previously thought that she had some form of earth based techniques, because of her insurmountable strength.

She clearly has knowledge on poisons and drugs; since she managed to drug Jiraiya without giving him a single clue.
And i think she has lightning release; since she can use electrical waves to mess with the opponent's nerval system.

Thats What some people have said in the past and ben place in some sites as one of Her jutsu,short range electrical impose that to a medic is useful with hearth murmurs.

I remembered that when she was first introduced, it was said that she was affiliated with earth and that was how she was so strong. That would make sense being a senju to have either earth or water afilliated chakra so....

Yeah she might have similar techniques like Shizune for sure since Shizune is her apprentice so I agree.

But we must not over look one thing here from what we have seen the senju's have affinity to water so I guess she must
also be having water element. Since it was the only common element between Hashirama and Tobirama plus a counter to Uchiha's fire tech.

Moreover Tsunade herself is very good at mid range fighting I don't think she would be needing any long range justsu.

i think it's earth again since the senju have both earth and water types..And as far as her having lighting it's possible but when she did that move on Kabuto it was more on her experience in Medical jutsu her being able to amplify the electrical field in her body to disrupt his is something someone of her caliber can probably do..I doubt it has to do with any lighting affinity.

Yeah i don't think her havign long range attacks will make much of a difference, but i think i can draw a conclusion that most people think she is not that strong because of her lack of long ranged attacks

I agree with you about the kabuto fight as well, i don't think that has anything to do with lightning release for the same reason you have stated, i would assume a top medical ninja would know how to disrupt the body movement but lightning release would be pretty cool

lightning and water, why water?all of her slug's attacks are slimes which are liquid substances............ plus all senjus either has water or earth style
