I think she will die. She is finally at piece with Dan, she helped heal the Kages (Which we haven't seen yet) and she knows that once she is dead, the mantle of the Will of Fire is strong in Naruto and Naruto is way stronger than her as Hokage (Assuming he becomes Hokage).
