Tsunade x Jman or Dan?

I don't really care personally but it's just kinda weird, they seemed to have been "lovers" in the past (Tsunade and Dan) but then she seemingly was interested in Jman had he of come back to the village. But then that awkward moment when your dead bf comes back and says "I'm waiting for you"

I personally don't see any reason for Dan to have existed. Other than giving her chakara Tsunade could've just have wanted to see her brother in the first arc.
