Hell no! Tsunade is the weakest kage she cant even beat Madara who was holding back wen she had four other kages backing her up. She cant even beat Neji.

When did she fight Neji? Must have missed that.

That would be cool. The only reason I don't think it will happen is because I think Madara and the kage will be present when Tobi's identity is revealed. But if it happened, I would be pleased, except not with Tsunade dieing part.
