i don't think she could for the fact that she's healing the other kage's first, and if you can see the kage's i mean gaara,mei,oonoki and the raikage they had a huge wounds, if she heal them it could take a lot of chakra, to bring back the cells which take a lot of chakra and seeing tsunade she' looks like she doesnt have that much and she don't minding dieing at all after seeing dan.

She won't die.... Keep in mind her "story" is to make sure naruto becomes the hokage. Because she is betting on him, betting one last time, since she failed the bet on Nawaki and Dan which shared the same dream as Naruto. So it's her destiny to finally get the bet right, and see her loved one reach his goal.

Killing her before Naruto becomes the Hokage, would be a complete anticlimax breakdown of a big part of the Naruto series.
