The shinjuu extracted most of the chakra from people and i seem to recall that tsunade uses chakra to look fresh and young, so i think we should see tsunade looking like an elder

Most likely, and the amount of alcohol she's been pumping into herself for the last 20 or so years certainly won't be doing her any favors either. I wouldn't be surprised if she died a few years later from cirrhosis.
