Idk we know how Kishi can be I mean he did it to Sakura when others wondered why wasn't there any hint of her storing her chakra for all those years. And remember, she had to release her Yin Seal when she went on that Heavenly Transfer Technique maybe she didn't had enough energy to use her other power up that's my guess. But I doubt she'll show up with another power up so I'll just wait and see.

Tsunade is just another bug that needs to be crushed, when faced towards a Madara who is being serious. We saw how little the 5 kages could do against him, when he got serious. She wont kill Madara, because it needs sealing. She might land the finishing punch, but that is unimportant. The edo tensei bodies are unstable, any fodder could punch a hole in it.

I don't doubt it can happen knowing Kishi but it would be a foolish move. And no I don't think that is the case as Dan saved Tsunade and replenished her chakra remember? Whatever new powers you think she had she could've used them to stop Madara at that point but she and the kages still end up being defeated.. besides after seeing Perfect Susanoo she was in disbelief at seeing Madara's power. She knows herself best so if she did have a power capable of defeating Madara why would she react that way?
