litterally i really feel that tsunade will die or is already dead.

now here's why after she defended the village from pain she nearly died. now she is trying it once more after being cut in half, last time she had no pyscical wounds, and nearly died.

this time she is litterally cut in half, out of chakra and barely breathing.

she will most likely be dead.

i <3 tsunade and don't want her to die. she is amazing and one of my favorite characters but unfortuanatly i feel she is dead(or dying) and katsuya will reveal her dying words or Gaara will tell everyone her last words

I go figuratively insane when people misuse the word "literally".

If Katsuya doesn't have the properties of fusing Tsunade's two halves together, she's either dead or Hashirama might have a way. The two are going to meet either by both being alive or by one being almost dead.

Yip, I agree, she will most definitely die in this war, I also have a suspicion that 4 of the Kages will arrive by Naruto but not Tsunade because she gave he last to save the others

Personally I hope she lives and is saved by Hashirama it would make sense for all of konoha's kage to partake in this final battle as its basically them having to settle there own affairs in house since both Obito and Madara were konoha shinobi.
