Tsunade can't break through Iron Sand Shield. Maybe her poison can, but summoning Katsuyu into this fight will surely get her killed, easy poison needle and she's done.

Creation Rebirth will last her a while, but not long enough to outlast Sasori's wide array of attacks. Poison Needles are a big issue, as only a skilled puppeteer can dodge them. Then Poison Fog. Then Flame Thrower. Then Thousand Hands Manipulation Force. Then Performance of a 100 puppets. Then after all that, the Third Kazekage is summoned to finish it off.

Tsunade can't get close, thanks to puppet buzz saw., and she can't outlast Sasori, as he is not a Chakra-Based fighter, so he has no limitations.

The rest I think will all be high difficulty. Deidara can beat her depending on condition, along with Kisame.
She can soundly beat Zetsu, Konan, and Hidan.

But seriously, she's always been as strong as she is now. I would also advise doing more research on these characters, as you completely ignored the Third Kazekage and 100 puppet show for Sasori.

You ignored C4 and C0 for Deidara. You also forgot about Katsuyu getting amaterasu'd.

Itachi > Tsunade - Tsunade won't even get a hit on 3T Itachi. Only reason Madara's CLONE was hit was because Uchiha are completely immobile in susanoo. Itachi can even control the slug with his 3T genjutsu

1. Tsunade will Pawn Itachi 3 tomoe.
2. She will PAWN Itachi's Susano'o also.
3. one hit from Tsunade = Broke rib or broken face
4. She has a fast blitz and can screw up your body BAD.
5. shes a medical ninja

8. She can actually get the Totsuka Blade and use it on Itachi also
