She isn't a sensor. Hearing the opponents heart beat in a fight is bs, sorry. Making medical diagnosis on his opposite who is standing before her isn't nearly a feat we could project on a battle. Even sensors can't fight properly while sensing (unless you are a very high skilled sensor) as stated and can't dodge attacks effectively without seeing the opponent. Yet a few Tsunade supporters believe she would fight without seeing the opponent by merely hearing his heart beat.

Logical Tsunade fans are a rarity.

TheEvilOne, what Strict said is my counter to you. Tsunade is not hearing Zabuza's heartbeat to track him, especially when there's Water Clones to interfere and Tsunade isn't destroying them with 1 finger if she can't even find them. They were great enough to catch Part 1 Kakashi off guard, who was faster and due to the Sharingan, had way greater reflexes than Tsunade. Water Clones could work on Tsunade, I have no reason to believe otherwise.

I'm not saying Zabuza wins tho. Strict why do you think Tsunade still wins? Is it because of Katsuyu?

Fact. Tsunade has never been hit in the head by a rock that wasn't even directed as an attack. (Sakura's reflexes)
A few things. One if Zabuza is depending on his silence to pull of silent killing what noise would interfere from Tsunade hearing anything. Two, if the mist is up would Tsunade only have three options, destroy the ground and clear the mist, listen for Zabuza's heartbeat, or summon Katsuyu to get out of the mist. Due to the nature of silent killing; hearing a heartbeat is plausible.
Nextly, sensing in the way you're speaking about is another thing entirely sensing chakra and using your normal 5 senses are different matters entirely. Can you hear when you're in a fight? Can you see? I'm pretty sure you can and with adrenaline pumping some senses become more acute. Further, because adrenaline pumps in a battle wouldn't the heart beat faster and harder making it more audible? I thought so.
