That is why I said combine with the Byakugan. Making it impossible to miss. She able to hold Obito for two seconds. He was connected to the Juubi. Tsunade is not that strong. Therefore, she can be held down.

Um, that makes no sense, combining it with the byakugan allows Ino to aim from further away, it does nothing whatsoever for a moving target.
Because Obito had to realize he was in it, then break it. It literally took no effort, it's a fodder jutsu. Especially considering Tsunade has better speedfeats than everyone on that team she would break it with enough time to defend herself if Ino and Hinata are at the hip. Whose going to pose a threat, Tenten?

Taz, Mind Transfer has tagged the massively faster characters than Tsunade (Juubi and Obito) and even Naruto states that it's faster than himself. I don't know where you get that it's slow.
