Well, surely Byakugou has a limit.

If bones protrude from every inch of ground surrounding her, she'll be pierced/impaled several times over.

Perhaps 100 times over. Her chakra can't last that long.

Kimimaro doesn't need to fight close range. Regardless, he can anyway because he's agile and quick and could likely easily evade Tsunade's attacks. He fought several of Naruto's clones without receiving so much as a scratch.

That's excluding Kabuto who faired well against her in close combat taijutsu in Part 1. Also, Kabuto can heal Kimimaro.

That's also excluding the other 4 - Tayuya and her sound genjutsu, Kidomaru and his webs etc.

Tsunade is fighting highly skilled opponents here, Kimimaro and Kabuto (Part 1) are high jounins.

4. She didn't used her full power

Of course someone like Kabuto ( who was on Kakashi's level ) caused her problems. But still, he was completely outmatched by the Sannin.

Sound 5 + Kabuto would win this. Tsunade is strong but its 6 on 1 and all of them have curse seals that can boost their power rather considerably, as well as somewhat unique techniques. I'd probably say Tsunade if Kabuto wasn't there. Part 1 Kabuto was jonin level and pretty skilled already and with 5 as backup including kimmimaro Tsunade would have some problems..
