She can't crack V2 Susanoo nor will she charge right through arrows which can easily blow her head off.Even if she lands a punch, not only will it be ineffective but it'll also give Sasuke enough time to grab her using his V1 Susanoo hand then crush her with little to no effort.You put restrictions hoping for Tsunade to win but even then she gets embarrassed by a mere genin.
