The only thing to watch out for is

attack as Chiyo could only block it, not dodge it. Tsunade has no shield capable of blocking it so if he gets hit it'll run right through her and poison her. ISWO is also something she probably won't be able to dodge in close range. As long as Sasori keeps away from her he can force her to use her two antidotes and then kill her off.

If Tsunade can dodge the Iron Sand spikes w/ the increase in power Byakugo grants her then she'd demolish Sasori as that is the main reason why she'd lose.

2 antidotes aint enough for her to fight alone against 100 puppets with poison she gets 2 minutes of getting hit and that aint enough once it wears off the slightest kunai brushing her skin can end the fight apparently
