Yes, she has great natural strength but all her good feats are still from CES. And I'm not sure she's stronger then Sakura, at least, none of her feats suggest that. Sakura's chakra control is probably better, she surpassed the previous generation (theme of the whole manga).

EH, I was more of comparing her to early Shippuden Sakura rather than War Arc Sakura, but you're right.
