Sasori stomps

Cell division won't get rid of the poison it would keep dividing into multiple poisoned cells

Sasori wins. Tsunade's fighting style will get her scratched by sasori's poison. Which not only would poison her, but also paralyze her.

Tsunade wins. Under normal conditions i'd say high-diff, but full intel? That's a straight kick in Sasori's balls.
That means his surprise attacks won't be a surprise anymore (which is the whole idea behind using puppets in battle). Even worse when his opponent is an evasion master with quite a high amount of experience. Plus, she would know where to strike to kill, so no useless punches in the gut or face.
His saving grace would be his 100 puppets, which simply can't be avoided. But when it comes to that she can use Katsuyu to match them with sheer size or activate Byakugo (which could counter the poison imo) and run through them until she reaches Sasori.

Byakogou is not countering the poison, as the only thing it'll do is spread the poison by speeding up the cell division of the poisoned cells. But let's say for a second the poison didn't work, she would be paralyzed. Sakura with one scratch quickly felt the paralyzingly effects of the poison. Tsunade with a couple of scratches will be down on the floor.

Iron sand kills Tsunade, I'm afraid.

Why on earth would the pinnacle of medcal ninjutsu divide her poisoned cells? Madara literally set her body on fire, her arms were burning, yet the Byakugou replicated ONLY her healthy and not burned cells. If what you said would be true, than the Byakugo should have accelerated the burning process and eventually leading to her death.

The whole point of this technique- as Tsunade herself stated- to restore the body to its undamaged state. The poison attacks her cells, therefore a rapid and cellular level regeneration would simply neutralize it.

I've read this story multiple times... The only way to know for sure is asking Kishi. Until then we can all have a little of imagination don't you think?
I refuse to go purely by real world logic in a manga where people casually jump from tree to tree simply as a method of travelling, spitting fire, water, earth, lighting or wind is considered standard and most importantly when a medical shinobi of a lower caliber and without complete knowledge proved to be the worst opponent he could have faced.
Also, i didn't mention Byakugo as being the only way to cope with his puppet army >_>

You mean only her arms right... but that's still not the same thing. Fire destroys cells. Imagine a block of wood being burned. Rest of the matter that was burned is reduced to ash. Same thing applies for skin, but there's a tad difference - skin has layers.

Even if fire did burn her, fire burns layer by layer. Actually... it reduces the first layer to ash and damages the second; but that's irrelevant. So she only restored the second layer that had dead cells or no cells at all. That's how the body works. So Byakugō was useful in this case. Also, burning =/= poisoning, mainly, because poisoning doesn't kill the blood cells but infects them. That's why the body does not get rid of the cells, but the bacteria.

What's funny is that people believe that having full intel on an opponent means that surprise attacks are useless. Absolutely untrue, especially when working with a weapon as versatile as Satetsu. It can seem to Tsunade that it's coming straight at her before branching off into small needles when she tries to dodge.

That would only work if she removes the poison out of her body were would the poison go ? She able to fight longer do to that technique but she constantly need to heal herself over & over

I'm not understanding the intel part neither when chiyo a puppet master herself had some intel on sasori and still had a hard time with Sakura and the antidote.

Why did you quote me? ._.

The advantage of using puppets in battle is that the opponent never knows exactly what's coming for them ( ). To cope with this one must have good evasion skills ( ), be able to make snap judgements ( ) and if possible have a great amount of experience ( ) and/or intel ( ).
In this scenario Tsunade fills every requirement, which for me its more than enough to invalidate most of Sasori's arsenal, which does relies on surprise more than anything.
Full intel means she will be expecting IS (whatever form it takes) and won't have to make snap judgements, only counter correctly whatever form she was already expecting it to take.
Chiyo had fought against it before and was able to counter it correctly. Sakura who had never seen it before was able to hold her own after a while. If Tsunade knew everything about it, i can only imagine how well she would cope with it.

You are not understanding, that the poison will still be there. Unless she will magically spit out the poisoned cells. Therefore she will still be poisoned and be suffering such effects. Byakogou speeds cell reproduction it does not state to heal them.
