that's not how it works dude, i agree tsunade win but don't compare her with the useless sakura, sakura need antidote to withstand sasori poison, but tsunade with her creation rebirth can go all out and wreck all sasori puppet.

lol tsunade is underated you realize her ultimate healing technique, Souzou Saisei can repair all damage done in a molecular level. Poison acts as a cell destroyer, Souzou Saisei can regenerate the cells continuously, rendering Tsunade immortal in a span of time. That technique can allow her to tank Sasori's attacks and destroy him with a single blow.

no antidote to poison = dead tsunade. IIRC sasori's poison paralyses the senses.
