Rock Lee has access to ninja tools and Minato's kunai

I think Lee is the only one from k11 (excluding nardo and sauce) capable of taking down Sakura now

With the speed and strength Lee is capable of dishing out in gates, I can very well see him slicing through limbs like its nothing

tsunade wins handily. She tanks all of his attacks with ease, and katsuyu will eventually cause trouble for a tired lee.

Edit: Also the incapacitation argument is dumb. Only skilled kenjutsu/shurikenjutsu users can incapacitate someone while moving at high speeds as it requires incredible accuracy to do so. It's not as easy as most people think. Lee is not a skilled kenjutsu practioner and doesn't have much experience with it. In fact, the databook stated that gai never used bladed weapons and hated such tools.
