please note that lee cannot open his gates as fast as guy, and it would be harder since he is within 2 meters of tsunade's incoming fist. And tsunade's office isn't a large area so space is limited I believe.

If she blows away her office then more fool her because all confidential files are in there so if she beats Lee, she gets scolded by the council

If he attacks her and does some damage first. She was way slowed down by madara's 5 katon and yasaka magatama or whatever

Tsunade survived with deep wounds, cuts, stabbed heart/spine and torn muscles for an extended period of time without using regeneration. Some punches and kicks aren't taking her down.
