but Seriously , you didn't actually prove how is she's going to take down Pein in Jiraiya's shoes (no intel) , while she's quite inferior to Jiraiya ? (no Genjutsu , no Ninjutsu and i think even her taijutsu is inferior to SM jiraiya's.)

So the fight starts off with animal path. He summons the lobster unfortunately the lobster doesn't necessarily have the tools to take Tsunade out. Whereas, it would seem that Tsunade's kick or even her punch would be enough to shatter the shell of the crustacean in a similar manner to Madara's susanoo. Tsunade would activate byakugo. If she's progressing in the same way as Jiraiya she would summon Katsuyu. Now she could follow the strategy mentioned above to rid of herself of the dog summon.
Also we can compare strength feats between Tsunade and SM Naruto by comparable feats Tsunade would still win that comparison, so we can reason the same strategy mentioned for the rhino or ox would still be applicable in this situation. That leaves Animal path severly handicapped and out of three summons. Because Tsunade doesn't need some long drawn out process to access her full strength and there is no reason to believe she will end up in the same predicament of Jiraiya with the the charging OX animal path won't be able to hide so easily. Also the question exists of whether or not Animal path can attack while hidden.
So let's assume then that Animal path just skips to summoning the other two paths.

With Tsunade's fondness of taijutsu this isn't too much of a problem. But lets assume Katsuyu did try to spit acid. Tsunade would observe him absorbing the acid and may decide to follow up with a punch. If not I can see Tsunade using heavenly kick of pain in place of Oodama Rasengan, which may take out Preta. I'm willing to bet at that point Animal path would decide to summon Deva and Asura and probably Naraka as well. Now because Tsunade knows she has not killed Pein she has no reason to be caught off guard in the same fashion as Jiraiya. Thus Asura will not have the same opportunity to attack her in the same way. I speculate then that He'll either try to blitz as he did in Konaha which he would be killed with a simple punch, or he'll try to blitz her in the same way he blitzed Jiraiya, but Tsunade has shown her self capable of keeping track of shinobi as fast as v1 raikage. Thus it seems unlikely she will not see him coming. Thus because he will try to attack her in Close quarters it is quite likely he would die. With Deva's best abilities being restricted he's not a ton of help. If Pein tries to use a combo attack like he did against Jiraiya everyone would be susceptible to Katsuyus acid.
With a heavily restricted Deva Path and a mildly restricted Asura, I imagine Pein would the a harder struggle than he did against Jiraiya. Yes, Jiraiya used genjutsu, but the vast majority of his arsenal is ninjutsu. Preta Path was invaluable there but against Tsunade his usefulness is diminished.
EDIT: I may come back to this argument because right now its not that strong but I severely need a nap.
