Yea Sage Mode should take it pretty convincingly considering that he doesn't only have superior speed, ninjutsu and stronger summonings, but that he probably is better than Tsunade in her main attribute: Physical strength. Cause sure Tsunade is incredibly strong, but throwing the Nine-Tails?? That's the kind of physical strength that only those with Sage Mode can reach.

Her incredibly lifeforce is ofc a big advantage, but a Rasenshuriken should be able to take her out to be honest.

Base Naruto vs. Tsuande would go either way very high diff. I'd put money on Tsunade, though.
