I thought Tsunade had speed thats comparable to Raikage who is comparable to Minato add that with her healing/regeneration and her one hit attacks she wins ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
For the guests I'm referring to a quote of his

So funny. Raikage's speed is comparable to Tsunade's, meaning he has more than her, yet the gap between Raikage's and Minato's speed is way bigger than Raikage's and Tsunade's speed. But they're still somehow comparable.
