Tsunade is way more experienced in taijutsu than Minato. You can always do something. Tsunade can take hits from Minato even if she fails to counteract.

But she'll lose without a doubt since she's already marked.

I thought Tsunade had speed thats comparable to Raikage who is comparable to Minato add that with her healing/regeneration and her one hit attacks she wins ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
