I could easily make an argument for Mei, although I believe Tsunade has a better chance of winning this one since her regeneration abilities can help her withstand Mei's kekkei genkai.

Tsunade wins,her yin seal release alone allowed her to survive heavenly transfer,acid mist isnt gonna burn her hard enough to take fatal effects,lava can be dodged. Katsuya is also of help here as well.
Water dragon tech wont slow tsunade down,however if mei can hit tsunade with a good lava torret,it's over

Anyway Tsunade destroys Mei at CQC. At mid range it would be a fairly close fight but Tsunade should still win. Mei should dominate at long range although Tsunade will put up a good fight especially with katsuyu.

If Mei's kkg melted Sasuke's susanoo, will it melt Tsunade and her slug to the extent that she can't regenerate? Also just because Tsunade has a better showing in the Madara fight than Mei doesn't mean she auto wins because Mei is a better 1 VS 1 fighter and Tsunade is better with a group of ninjas to support.

The key to winning is if Mei holds her off long enough to kill her with lava/acid. Mei knows Tsunade is a close ranged fighter so she could push Tsunade away with water pillar and continuous lava spam. If she uses Hidden Mist, Tsunade can't find her, and if Tsunade uses Katsuyu Mei could use a water pillar to block the acid or simply dodge by going in between the gaps (

). Katsuyu would also be susceptible to acid mist and lava.

Overall though I think Tsunade is the superior fighter.
