Tsunade probably wins high diff if they lack the jesusweapons and she has intel.
Even without intel (IF they lack the jesus weapons) she could still take them.

These guys are overrated .. Tsunade goes into byakugo rendering their cloaks helpless against her strength, because her hands wont burn like their supposed to while in byakugo

again wouldnt matter. people who knew how the weapons worked still got sealed. tsunade doesnt have any overly impressive speed feats thatd stop her being electrocuted by bashoshen then touched once by the rope

no tsunade is hella smart. she strategically did things that rebuilt konoha and made it a world power again after oro's invasion, was able to analyse nearly any injury or poison, battled countless times vs chiyo and her poisons, and built up the whole medical division and rules.

She created an opening for Onoki and Gaara to seal Madara. She boosted Onoki's jinton who was able to destroy 25 Susanoo.
When Pain attacked the village, she quickly made a strategy to stop him and to save the village.
