Scenario 1 is a toss-up. If both of her arms are caught in Kidomaru's webs, she won't be able to escape, and Kidomaru's summons might overwhelm her, but Tsunade can also uproot the trees with her punches and open the area up, giving her the advantage.

Kidomaru would need a straight headshot to kill Tsunade

Toss up my ass, Tsunade is many of times faster than Kidomaru so there's no way his little webs will ever touch her. And even in the very very slim chance it does Neji already proved with proper chakra control you can break them and we all know Tsunade is a master at chakra control.
