How wouldn't he? It has nothing to do with her strength, threads restrain her at the wrist she can't grab at them, she can barely pull back her arm so "pulling a GET OVER HERE" is a no go, and it takes seconds to remove the heart .-. He doesn't need to keep the heart alive as he's not putting it in his own body, so he doesn't even have to go close to her.
