Tsunade should win with high-diff.
He doesn't have the means to put her down for good and he can't compete in what will eventually become a CQC fight. This would be his downfall imo.

Problem with Kakuzu is you have to kill him 5 times. Tsunade has the necessary stamina and chakra to do it.
