Gian is not going to pierce her heart and finish her as she can regenerate damaged organs, nor is any of his jutsu going to put her down permanently however they provide enough damage and force to negate her from ever getting close to Kakuzu ....Ever, and his fuuton blows away Katsuyu's fodder acid.

Now he finishes her by removing her heart, which she can't heal from...Cell division is not creating a brand new human heart i don't think i need to put this in scientific terms really,

She doesn't close the distance so how does she beat him? Long range shockwaves will definitely not kill a single hear, let alone 5 hearts. Futon mask can cause an equilibrium with large scale Futon counteracting with her shockwaves. What about the Katon Mask and the Raiton mask? Will she let them use jutsu's while she tries to fight Kakuzu from a distance? No. So she will have to close the distance. Question is, can Tsunade close the distance on Kakuzu? Katon. Katsuyu Acid one shots gg? 10/10 times Kakuzu would dodge the Acid. manga dodged it and he has no speed, let alone such a small size. Kakuzu is a smaller target and is faster, so nothing will imply Kakuzu would get hit.

To summarise, Kakuzu has ninjutsu that can one shot Tsunade (Gian), has ninjutsu that can tank any punch Tsunade has to offer (Domu) and can one shot Katsuyu (Zukkoku). Tsunade fighting from a distance can be countered with Atsugai, while other masks attack her in the interval she is somewhat vulnerable. Byakugo isn't tanking Gian to a fatal organ, and won't tank Zukkoku combined or not combined with Atsugai receptively.

Agree with most but his jutsu isn't cutting it with Byakugo activated...

LOOL @ People saying Kakuzu gets stomped by Tsunade. Tsunade she lacks the required feats to even go up against Kakuzu. Because shes close combat and is ultimately taking on 4-5 opponents at once i don't see how she even escapes with her life. Kakuzu gives her the hench domu punch sending her flying And Katon+Fuuton end it. If it doesn't shes going to spend a bit of time regenerating in which when kakuzu finishes it by taking out her heart or turning her brain into a hot pink mess via domu hand

Because Kakuzu has plenty of combat feats, right? He beat Kakashi who didn't used his full power, lost to base Naruto and got sealed by Tenten and two chuunins.

This argument is hypocritical because Tsunade herself would lose to Base Naruto alone.
