Tsunade takes this high diff IMO, Kakazu has nothing to keep her down permanetly and she eventually beats him into submission.

Also Katsuyu can one-shot with acid.

Tsunade takes this high diff IMO, Kakazu has nothing to keep her down permanetly and she eventually beats him into submission.

Tsunade's Byakagou is so misunderstoon. Lel.

She runs out of chakra from the "regeneration" she needs to do to heal herself from the elemental spam that Kakuzu's hearts bring. Kakuzu's threads can tear out her heart as well.

Kakashi is not as experienced as Madara with Sharingan obviously, and Kakuzu never blitzed Kakashi in CQC to my knowledge.

Forgot about Doton though, if that's up she can't do jack to him. Isn't he immobile while using it though?

Kakashi is a great user with it though.

He is mobile. He can use Taijutsu and Doton: Domu at the same time to increase his attacks.

Because Kakuzu has plenty of combat feats, right? He beat Kakashi who didn't used his full power, lost to base Naruto and got sealed by Tenten and two chuunins.

I'm not saying that Tsunade is weak, but I think we can agree on that her combat arsenal is kinda... poor.
But mind you, I don't really like Kakuzu that much. In fact, I prefer Tsunade as a character, BUT I can't see her winning this. I'm not going to post any arguments since I'm not good with debating any of these characters.
Unless someone convinces me, my opinion will stay unchanged.
But as I said, it's just my opinion, nothing more.
