Fair enough xd, though Kakuzu already seems suited to fighting summon-like creatures e.g. Akatsuki are suited to fighting Tailed Beasts and he (and Hidan) successfully took down the completely transformed Two-Tails. I doubt Hidan had much influence in doing anything and so the victory can largely be attributed to Kakuzu.

Since Kakuzu has 5bodies, it's easy for him to handle katsuyu with his large scale of ninjutsu. He can decide to make his fuuton body take care of katsuyu when he handles Tsunade with the rest. With his doton domu, i'm not even sure if Tsunade's punch could do that much, when on the other hand, he could overwhelm Tsunade with his raiton, katon and maybe suiton attack, adding his tentacles to immobilise her and take her heart

Well to be fair, i actually think it's the contrary. Hidan seems to have done the greatest job since he is the one who seemingly gave the fatal blow(we see him doing his usual ritual on the ground)

If she can't break domu, she's basically screwed. But if she can break domu, Kakuzu is screwed, imo. Tsunade has been shown to be one of the strongest (if not the strongest) in the manga so I say she breaks it, and smashes down Kakuzu's other bodies. I also think her summon contributes largely by leaving the healing to be done to her summon - while she stays on the offensive.

Tsunade high diff. Seh can already break past susanoo ribs, which by hype would be much stronger than iron skin. She can pretty much tank anything, so Tsunade should win.

The Kakashi that fought Kakuzu is weaker than current Tsunade.

Doton domu might be a great defence but Tsunade's punches have the power to destroy susanoo which is a far greater defence compared to doton domu. Anyway Tsunade also has body pathway derangement which is an electric attack so it will bypass doton domu and mess Kakuzu up. Although since Kakuzu is very experienced and has a weird body structure, he might be able to somehow continue fighting.

Tsunade's durability and stamina is greatly underestimated and she should be able to tank the elemental blasts. Even Tenten was able to kill two of Kakuzu's hearts, IIRC, and was able to dodge raiton gian so Tsunade with speed at least as fast as Tenten should also be able to dodge. Tsunade is strong enough to rip apart Kakuzu's black threads before Kakuzu can restrain her and take her heart. Also Tsunade should have some form of immunity against raiton gian since she has a lightning nature.

Katsuyu can help in taking down Kakuzu's hearts and is also very durable so Kakuzu will have a hard time dealing with a durable summon and its master.
