Tsunade easily. She has lots of ways to hurt Kakuzu, and Hidan is not even very fast, won't be able to hit her, can easily be ripped to bit, melted by acid (from which he will gradually recover I guess, but not in time), and even if he could use his jutsu on her, Tsunade is one of the few people who can laugh it off... "oh, you stabbed me in the heart! Just kidding... regen, I'm fine... now to take care of you (ties him up, rips his arms off (regen from damage to herself) and buries him under a giant rock, etc... reverses his nerves, etc. Lots of ways to take him down.

Kakuzu's toast as well, and they really have no way to take her down.

It would certainly be funny if Tsunade just tossed Hidan into Katsuyu and said "hold onto this guy", then watching him stuck in her jelly like body with his angry expression.

no he is not katsuyu is slow as **** hidan easily avoids her acid spid while kakuzus four hearts spam tsunade with ninjutsu till shes hit which then he either rips her heart out or finishes her with a giant ninjutsu ( Searing migraine, pressure damage etc.) she could maybe beat hidan induvidualy but not kakuzu Team 2 wins easily

Not at all. I think earth spear is ridiculously overrated, it has almost no feats (and the "diamond hard" is from the notoriously unreliable databook, in other words meaningless). Further to that, even if it isn't, Tsunade has multiple ways of trashing Kakuzu.
1) She's got lightning affinity, so there goes Earth Spear,
2) Her Medical jutsu attacks beneath skin level, going for the nerves, so hard skin doesn't protect from it,
3) Her physical strength alone is shown to trash things tougher than Earth Spear, like being able to crack Susanoo (remember that thing that tanks Kirrin, even when it is in the invisible stage, something that would one shot Earth Spear regardless of affinity)
4) She can reverse his electrical impulses, which his tough skin is again no defence to.
That says nothing about the giant slug that shoots huge quantities of acid, or her physical strength that will let her bat him around effortlessly (or just poke his frickin eyes out). I get annoyed by Kakuzu fans though... if earth spear was half as tough as they claimed, Kakuzu wouldn't spend so much time dodging attacks, or be getting nailed destroyed by Rasengan didn't have affinity advantage, or losing multiple hearts to frickin TenTen).

Given her chakra levels, which are enormous, there's no reason she couldn't make a Kage Bushin, send one to deal with Hidan (that'll take all of what, 30 seconds), and then go finish off Kakuzu. She's one of the better hand to hand combantants we know, so there's no reason to think Hidan is hitting her, and once he's disarmed and ripped into bits, she can toss him into different mini-katsuyu's for safe keeping (not before reversing the electrical impulses in his brain so he can't say anything annoying for the rest of the fight).

The she goes and finishes off Kakuzu, who is strong, but has nothing to take down someone with Tsunade like durability and recovery. He also gets hit by fodders alot, and is not especially good at close fighting. Fight over. Problems?

Isn't the point of a team to work together? The combined force of the wind and fire mask could solo Katsuyu as well, while Hidan could keep Tsunade at bay together with Kakuzu and his Doton and Suiton heart and the creature with the lightning mask.

That giant slug b_tch can't be killed by normal physical attack. She tanked the Cho Shinra Tensei and the the 9 tails corrosive chakra. And she can split into 99+ mini slugs, so hitting her won't be easy.
She is a slug, but definitely not a SLOW slug. When Tsunade summoned her ( Pain's attack ) she reached the villagers in SECONDS.

You mean like Konohamaru was never showed to fall for Chibaku Tensei? That's a joke. Katsuyu's structure may allow her to tank raw forces to some extent, but there is no evidence letting assume that she could tank fire. Fire kills every being.
