Tsunade once called itachi and kisame low-life and were disappointed at kakashi being in hospital because of itachi, i thought like "she must be really strong" but we all know that action speak louder then words and i don´t give a crap about hype anymore, i want to know.

I also get the feeling the Tsunade is a close-combat type and Kakashi is a mid to long-range and assassination type. So ... the odds are against Tsunade unless she can get into close range.

Tsunade most likely since kakashi really has no way to kill her other than Kamui which has only been shown to be used on targets with linear motion.
