The juubi wins obviously tsunade couldn't even keep up with Madara uchiha he sliced down a mountain the juubi does that plus he does something to the oceans the juubi is raw power also I do not think tsunade knows any sealing techs and you can't just simply beat a tailed beast you must seal it

But she does know sealing techniques. One of them is the Yin Seal. She is of the Uzumaki clan who are regarded to know some of the best sealing techniques. If Minato knew sealing jutsu because of Ksuhina then Tsunade who has Uzumaki blood should be more capable. Plus she developed instructed Shizune, Hinata, Sakura, and Ino on how to seal the Three tails. I agree with you that the Juubi's strength is brute though.

Tsunade is senju naruto is uzumaki unless her mother or granma was an uzumaki which was never confirmed she is all senju as for the sealing that was a 3 tailed power monser juubi is 10 tails + God Sage had to use multiple abilities to defeat and supress it

Tsunade's grandmother was Mito Uzumaki, wife of Hashirama Senju. That's proof that she has both Senju and Uzumaki blood. :sy:
I know she probably can't do what God Sage did, but just don't discredit her abilities.

I just noticed that I meant to say that the Juubi was incomplete because it only had the Silver and Gold brother's Nine Tailed infused chakra plus the Eight Tail's tentacle.
