The sword kills tsunade on hit. Cuz it's a spirit induced sword. Yata > Every offense Btw. Sikent killing and mist technique could counter tsunade's power and sheer force, thickening the mist would enable it to overcome her hand swings of force to blow away the mist.

OT:- Jinin possibly extremely high diff, but tsunade has the advantage and large chances of winning.

I don't think Jinin would use the mist has his sword is a two handed weapon. that being said Jinin's offense is greater then that of Tusnade and he has the same powers has she does. earthquakes and the like.
