amaterasu and totsuka are both perfect counters to tsunade's abilities as one continues to burn which wastes her regen, and the second seals her regardless of her regen.

She can't dodge amaterasu, she most likely will get hit by totsuka considering how many times she got stabbed in the gut by madara's susanoos. She needs to hit madara's ribcage at least 3 times in order to break it, she's going to have to land a ton of hits on Itachi's V4 susanoo to bust it which isn't happening.

Itachi would handily win this with susanoo also restricted.

she didn't shatter it with a punch it only put cracks in it. It took that punch, a kick, and Ei's weighted karate chop to destroy the ribcage with the possibility of Mei's suiton doing damage as well.

That was a punch. Punch > chop. ( and he still managed to break only a single rib )
Like it or not, Ay barely scratched it while Tsunade shattered it and sent Madara flying.
