I mean what the what.

Look at the feats people, Hiruzen may have a lot of hype but he doesn't even seem like a kage level ninja.

I say Tsunade takes this mid diff. No restrictions. Intent to kill.

Tsunade can't lose. Hiruzen's pitiful chakra reserves will be his downfall against Tsunade, a chakra powerhouse. The fact that he won't be able to use taijutsu to conserve chakra (Tsunade's slightly faster than him and can potentially kill the frail old man with one hit) or RDS only helps Tsunade more.
