IMO Hiruzen will end up getting tired due to Tsunade brushing his attacks off with her huge chakra supply and healing techs.
Hiruzen will either end up having to pull out Enma and monkey combo OR use DDCS if it comes to it.

enma's adamantines form is as hard as diamond (no pun intended) tsunade's punch isn't getting through that, the staff can extend keeping tsunade at bay giving hiruzen chances to use ninjutsu

tell me so tsunade attacks enma and enma just sits there and takes it, he is a monkey he is skilled in taijutsu(think of rafiki), re-read the orochimaru vs hiruzen fight he defeated hashi and tobirama in taijutsu. another scenerio, so tsunade attacks enma and hiruzen sips tea?

Tsunade has taijutsu, but hiruzen has powerful ninjutsu. Mabey she'd stand a chance againt old hiruzen...mabey, but prime hiruzen would slaughter

I'm gonna go with Tsunade on this one, her being unable to be killed or stopped unless you split her in half like Madara did is amazing, and even then she could still summon Katsuyu and repair herself.
