That would imply that the Orochimaru that fought Hiruzen was in his prime (false)

Would also imply Hashirama and Tobirama were brought back in their full strength (also false)

besides not because one character can beat a specific character and another may not be able to means they can't beat the other guy. It's pretty obvious why Tsunade can take him.

No he didn't. He committed suicide for nothing.
Lmao as soon as Tsunade started to fight seriously Orochimaru couldn't even touch her. Tsunade ended the battle with one punch. Last time I checked Orochimaru was the one who run away despite Tsunade had no chakra and Jiraiya was injured. ( broken ribs )
