Lmao no he wasn't hit by it, if he was hit by it he'd be dead. Kakuzu states that it has killed people before and Kakashi has no higher durability than a normal human. He avoided it and the backlash tore up/blew off his coat and scratched his mask. Especially since he was closer than the trio were and those winds were pushing them backwards.

How does it put him behind Kakuzu? He couldn't have evaded the entire length of Atsugai in the time it was used so logically he went AROUND the mask and towards the trio.

or, the more logical thing is he got clipped by it along with hidan(as shown), lost his jacket, but still doubled back to block gian, for shikamaru and choji.

No, kakazu position didn't change. Ino was behind a tree so she didn't move either. The only ppl that were shown moving were shikamaru and choji.

Kakazu states that kakashi is the first to survive the combination. He never attributed his opponents death to solely his wind technique, only you are. So pump brakes on that.

Secondly how are you quantifying barely? Does kakashi say he barely got there in time? does any of them hint to that conclusion? no?

Furthermore, kakazu was unfazed by the "winds" you speak of his eyes were so open that kishi felt it necessary to put the word glare below his panel? was he too "blind" to kakashi?
