Raiton chakra increases piercing power to a great extent in case you didn't know. As far as I know, Tsunade's punches aren't enhanced with raiton chakra.

Too bad he simply punched him and not pierced him. Not to mention Tsunade is stronger then Ay.
But anyways, a simple Ranshinsho touch would be enough to deal with Hidan.

That's not the same. His body is immortal, but nothing suggest his nervous system isn't working like a normal humans. He can feel pain = he has nervous system and it is working like a normal humans.
But anyways, even if you are right, Tsunade has other ways to deal with him.

The fact that his body didn't move after the head was removed tells that he is definitely affected by ranshinsho. Since his body won't function if the brain is removed.

His head was removed = his nervous system didn't worked = he couldn't walk to his head and collect it. The BPD would **** up his nervous system, it would effect Hidan like the decapitation.
