I dont think your taking into consideration of her power. The fact that she was able to smash madaras sussano and put a hole through one of his mukoton clones speaks enough. Imagine what one punch will do to a human body? Most likely she would smash hidan in pieces.

Anyways like other have said hidan scratching tsunade and doing his ritual wont do much because she can regenerate her wounds.

So pretty much hidan doesnt have no way of killing her except cutting off his head which would be a stalemate because both would be unable to move.

But like I said tsunade can probablu end this before it reaches that point.

I dont really like to add boss summons in fights.. I feel it should be legit 1 vs 1 no boss summons. But if she summoned katsuya her acid pretty much one shots hidan but like I said im not a boss summon guy.

You can't compare a human body to a susanoo, not the same substance, all her punches can do to an human body is break the bones and damage the organs (when Tsunade punched Jiraiya he had broken ribs and ruptured organs) which is completely useless against Hidan as he is unfazed by that.

She can't regenerate once she's dead now can she? Stabbing her brain will instantly kill her.

Isnt a sussano practically harder than a human body? Its arguable that when when tsunade punched jiriaya she didnt use a full power punch. Anyways both have full intel here, tsunade will activate her byakuya or whatever how you spell so that makes your stabbing brain mute

Tsunade stated she can regenerate LIMBS and ORGANS. Last time I checked the brain was an organ. Stabbing her brain isn't killing her.

Tsunade wont die, but that does not automatically mean that Tsunade isnt physically and psychologically affected. Hidan can do his own Real-Life-Tsukuyomi with Tsunade, until she can no longer maintain her REGENERATION and eventually die.

And with her strength and Hidan needing to stay in the circle and can't dodge, one punch will break his bones and internally damage him. Yes, he may still be alive but he won't be able to move. Plus Katsuyu's acid melting him, he doesn't stand a chance.

Hidan pierced his bones with a scythe. Tsunade's punches deal a greater damage and a higher AoE internally.

Engage him in CQC and use her AoE kicks and punches to deal damage to him without even needing to touch him directly. When she gets him all she needs to do is follow up with a second, direct attack.

Not to mention she has Katsuyu to melt him.
